Southern Miss wing Christian Watson is entering the transfer portal.
The junior averaged 8.1 points in his only season at Southern Miss. He also averaged 3.8 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game. Watson played in 33 games, starting in 32 of them, plating just over 28 minutes per game.
Watson, standing at 6-6, spent his first two seasons of college basketball at the University of Miami. In those two seasons, he appeared in 35 games, starting in one.
Out of high school, Watson chose Miami over Georgetown, Xavier, Marquette, Cincinnati, DePaul, Creighton, and many more.
He will enter the transfer portal with one year of eligibility.
